my necklace is from Claire’s (of course) and it originally was the feather with a curtain of little chain strings hanging from it, held on with a wire in the back. i just cut the wire and pulled the little chains off and voila! i’m not sure that the downtown/umall claire’s have the necklace because they didn’t when i worked there, but i’ll do a bit of research...
